The New Wii Fit Plus A Fun Way To Get Fit
60No time to go the gym?
Busy mum stuck at home with the kids wanting to lose some extra kilos?
Hate working out in a crowded gym?
Looking for a home fitness program in the comfort of your own home?
Look no further, than with one of the most high-selling, fun and invigorating, effective ways of losing that surplus weight, the 'Nintendo Wii Fit Plus Program'. The Nintendo Wii Fit Plus Program, was released late last year 2009, incorporating 15 new balance and aerobics games, as well as six new strength training and yoga activities designed to get you into shape, in the comfort of your own home. The program has some added bonuses, that weren't available in the first release of the Nintendo Wii Fit package, including a fantastic calorie burning counter, as well as allowing the home user to either choose a specialized program provided or to create their very own tailored program.
What You Will Need:
If you don't already have one you will need the Nintendo Wii console with at least one controller.
- If you already own the console and don't have the Wii Balance Board which is used in conjunction with the Wii Fit Plus program, you will need to purchase it.
- You will also need the Wii Fit Plus Program Video
- Please note you can purchase both the Wii Balance Board and the Wii Fit Plus Program video separately or as a bundle package.
Features:
Up to eight people can use the program at once alternating turns in the program.
A special Yoga Section to strengthen and tone the muscles.
A unique strength Training Section
15 Training fun activities including cycling, kung-fu fighting, snow-ball fights, skateboarding, running, driving, circuit training, balance exercises and juggling.
Your own personalised Calorie Burning Counter to monitor progress.
Your own personal trainer
Benefits:
Whatever your special needs are you can design a personal program to suit. Whether you are looking to place emphasis on a particular body part, build aerobic fitness while burning fat, tone all your muscles, the Wii Fit Plus, has it all there for you. The beauty of the program is you can make it as fun as you like, opposed to monotonous boring exercise videos that have no room for adapting your own needs.
You can choose to workout in one particular category such as the yoga or strength training section, or combine as many as you like together. There is a great section where you get to store all your favourites, so you don't need to search for them later on.
There is also a unique Fit Credit section, which in a easy to follow graph you can easily see the Fit Credits you earn by spending time doing your favourite exercise activities. A great incentive and reward system for the home user to keep going.
You also get to choose your trainer, a man or woman, whatever your preference may be. The system will also inform you of calories burned in each activity.
The Wii Fit Plus program is something I know you will love, I own one myself and it has to be the most funnest way of working out at home I have ever tried.
Give it a go, I can guarantee you will be hooked in no time.

Thx, I am very interested in getting a wii just for this.
I can't believe you only joined 4 weeks ago, everything about this hub is great and the ads are perfect. I don't know if you are making much but trust me Isabelle just keep writing hubs like this and by Dec 2010 you will be making a nice lil monthly wage, I use the WII Fit myself, gotta look good ya know ; )
Wii is quite fun especially with Wii Sports Resorts. I have all the Wii Gadgets but I don't think I can really have a good hard workout with it. I would still prefer a 30 minutes walk & run on the Treadmill.
Yea Isabelle, I do agree. It's a fun way to exercise. Cheers.
Cool hub Isabella, well written and well laid out also. I want to get a wii and this fitness program looks like a great idea. :)

Good writeup! can the wii fit benefit men? because I only ever see this one being marketed to women.
